let A be the event : the employees are graduate
let B be the event : the employees are in sals.

Given information :
P(A) = 0.60
P(B/A) = 0.10
P(B/A)’ = 0.80

(i) P(B) = P(A int B) U (A’ int B)
           = P(A)* P(B/A) + P(A’). P(B/A)’
           = 0.60*0.10 + 0.40*0.80
           = 0.38

(ii) P(B int A’) = P(A U B)’
                      = 1 – P(A U B)
                      = 1 – { P(A) + P(B) – P(A int B)}
                      = 1 – { P(A) + P(B) – P(A)* P(B/A)}
                      = 1 – {0.60 + 0.38 – 0.60 * 0.10}
                      = 6.02 (approx)
